My first post!

I’ve had a few people tell me that I need to start a blog. I’ve kind of dismissed the thought because I never thought I had anything worth reading (or writing) about. However, recently I have made some huge changes in my lifestyle and am thinking that it might actually be worth it to record what I’m doing and how it’s going. I figure I have four good reasons to create this blog

1. Other people might be going through similar challenges and may find something I’m doing helpful.
2. Other people may have already done what I’m doing and can give me pointers on how to do it better.
3. Maybe people will actually be interested and then it will hold me accountable to keep plugging away at it.
4. I think it will be good to have a log for myself, if I am actually having positive results from the changes I am making in lifestyle and diet.

So get ready, get set .... GO!
